How are neon signs made?

Neon signs are made by bending and shaping clear acrylic tubing of different sizes into the desired design, and then inserting light strips with the appropriate voltage into the tubing. The LED lights are then connected to a power source. Finally, the neon sign is mounted onto a clear or frosted backing and then secured to a wall.

Can I custom make my own neon sign?

Yes, Neon Cloud has a custom neon sign design tool that allows you to select the design, colour, font, size, and hanging equipment for your neon sign. If you have a particular shape or logo you wish to create please contact us.

Are neon signs waterproof?

Neon signs are typically water resistant, although we have a waterproof option which allows you to put your neon sign outside. Make sure you click on the outdoor option in the custom neon section.
